Pleated Blinds for Offices and Commercial Spaces

Pleated blinds fold into a compact stack when raised and give a neat finish at the window. We supply made-to-measure systems for suitable office windows and, depending on the window and system, rooflights and angled glazing.

Fabric and operating choices depend on the window’s size, shape, position and how you need to control light. We can help you choose a suitable specification as part of your enquiry and site survey.

Where pleated blinds can help

  • Reduce glare in workspaces while retaining useful daylight with an appropriate light-filtering fabric.
  • Improve privacy where a blind needs to sit close to the glazing.
  • Use suitable tensioned systems for certain sloping or rooflight windows.
  • Choose from available plain, reflective, dim-out or blackout fabric specifications to suit the room.

Light control and fabric choice

Light-filtering fabrics soften daylight and reduce glare; dim-out and blackout fabrics provide stronger control through the material. As with most window blinds, light may still enter around the edges. If a room needs a particularly dark finish, tell us so we can discuss the full window specification.

Flame-retardant fabric options are available where the site requires them. We’ll confirm the appropriate fabric and system for your project before a formal quotation.
