Step 1 • Contact Us
Contact us to make your "no obligation" appointment for a FREE on-site survey at your office.
During your appointment, our advisor will take exact measurements of your windows to ensure your new blinds will fit perfectly. The advisor will also make note of any special installation requirements and the conformity of your blinds to any specific laws relating to the working environment and advise you accordingly. The measurements and information taken will allow us to give you an accurate, "fixed price" quotation. Your quotation will be emailed to you within two working days from your appointment.
Step 3 • We Make
At Office Blind Systems, all our blinds are "Made to Measure" and manufactured exactly to your specifications to high and exacting standards at our purpose-built factory unit. This gives us the opportunity to directly offer you excellent quality blinds, experienced and professional advisors and installers and all at very competitive prices. This combination of manufacture and services gives us the confidence in the quality of our blinds to ensure their working longevity for up to 5 years under our extended guaranteed scheme.
Step 4 • We Fit
As soon as your new blinds have been manufactured and are ready to be installed you will be contacted by our sales team who will arrange a convenient date and time for your installation. Our sales team will also advise you of the approximate time the installation process will take allowing you to make any appropriate arrangement prior to installation. All our installers are trained to high standards and adhere to stringent and rigorous procedures to ensure your blinds are correctly installed. You will find our fitters are amenable with a friendly approach. They will work fast and efficiently and will clean up after the work is completed. We also offer an "Out of Hours" Service (before 8:00am - after 5:00pm and weekends) at an additional charge. Our "Out of Hours" service must be pre-arranged with our sales office prior to installation. As an additional charged service we can also remove and dispose of any old blinds if requested prior to installation. Where possible, all old blinds are removed to an approved recycling plant.
