Step 2:
We Measure
During your appointment, our advisor will take exact measurements of every window to ensure a perfect, made-to-measure fit. We also assess installation requirements, check for any workplace compliance issues (including BS EN 13120 child-safety and relevant commercial standards), and provide expert advice on fabrics, performance ratings and blind functionality.
Your fixed-price quotation will be emailed to you within two working days.
Step 3:
We Make
All blinds supplied by Office Blind Systems are manufactured to order at our purpose-built production unit. Every blind is made to your exact specifications using durable components and flame-retardant fabrics certified to BS 5867.
Our in-house manufacturing process allows us to offer competitive pricing, excellent quality control and products built for long-term commercial use. We also provide extended guarantees of up to 5 years for added peace of mind.
Step 4:
We Fit
As soon as your blinds are ready, our sales team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. We provide estimated installation times so that you can plan ahead with minimal disruption.
All installers are fully trained, work professionally and efficiently, and leave your workspace clean and tidy once the job is complete.
For added assurance, Office Blind Systems Ltd is fully insured with both Public Liability and Employers’ Liability cover up to £10 million.
Where required, we can also supply fully comprehensive RAMS documentation, including detailed Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Environmental Statements for contractors, facilities managers and building management teams.
We also offer an Out-of-Hours Installation Service for minimal workplace disruption. This includes early mornings (before 7:00am for smaller installations) and weekend appointments (Saturday and Sunday), available at an additional charge and subject to advance booking.
If required, we can remove and responsibly dispose of your old blinds as an additional service. Wherever possible, materials are recycled at approved environmental facilities.
