Our Office Blinds Service – From Enquiry to Installation
We supply and install made-to-measure commercial blinds for offices and workplaces. Request a free site survey and we’ll contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable appointment. Once the specification and quotation are agreed, we arrange manufacture and installation.

Step 1:Tell us about your project

Complete our short free survey enquiry form with your company details, installation address, approximate number of blinds and preferred blind type. If you’re unsure which blinds would suit your workplace, we’re happy to advise.
We’ll contact you to discuss your requirements and appointment availability. Your visit will be confirmed separately once a date has been agreed. No measurements or initial estimate are required to request a visit.
Want a rough guide price straight away?
If you already have approximate window sizes, use our Online Estimator to receive a ballpark cost including installation. This is an optional guide only; the final price is confirmed after a site survey. You can also request a personalised estimate using our estimate enquiry form if you have approximate measurements.

Step 2:Site survey and formal quotation
At the site survey, our advisor takes exact measurements, checks access and installation requirements, and discusses the most suitable blinds, fabrics, finishes and samples with you. We then prepare a formal quotation based on the agreed specification.
Step 3:Confirm your order
If you would like to proceed, confirm your acceptance of the quotation in writing and provide any required deposit, payment or purchase order. We will then send you a confirmation of order showing the agreed details before manufacture begins.
Step 4:We make your blinds
Your blinds are made to the confirmed measurements and specification using components suited to commercial use. Where specified, fabric blinds are made with flame-retardant materials.
Step 5:We fit your blinds
When your blinds are ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. Our installers fit and test the blinds, then leave the work areas clean and tidy.
We hold Public Liability and Employers’ Liability insurance up to £10 million. Where required, we can provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the installation.
Out-of-hours installation may be available at an additional charge by prior arrangement. We can also quote to remove and dispose of existing blinds where requested.
