Practical Light Control for Your Workplace
Tilting the slats helps redirect daylight and reduce direct sunlight on desks and computer screens. Unlike a fabric roller blind, a Venetian allows the angle of the slats to be adjusted while the blind remains lowered, giving staff more flexibility as light conditions change.
For meeting rooms and internal glazed partitions, the slats can be closed to increase visual privacy or opened to keep the space feeling connected. The best arrangement depends on viewing angles, glazing and how each room is used.

35 mm Aluminium Slats

50 mm Aluminium Slats
A more pronounced horizontal finish for larger windows or interiors where a wider slat is preferred. The blind size and available fitting space are checked during the survey.
Colours, Finishes & Commercial Details

We assess the blind dimensions, fitting positions and controls for each window. For doors or partition glazing, please include photographs so we can consider handles, opening sections and the clearance available.

Privacy, Cleaning & Everyday Use
Aluminium slats are practical to wipe clean, although regular dusting is needed between the slats. We can discuss access for cleaning and the most convenient control positions when surveying your windows.
Venetian blinds provide adjustable shading and privacy, but light can enter between slats, through cord holes and around the edges. If you need stronger room darkening for presentations, explore our blackout blind systems.
