Our appointments are completely FREE OF CHARGE. You will be put under NO PRESSURE and their is NO OBLIGATION to purchase.
We work on a schedule of 10-12 working days from receipt of your order/payment to installation for Roller Blinds, Vertical Blinds and Venetian Blinds. Some types of blinds, such as Wood Venetian Blinds may take a few days longer. Our customer service team will contact you approximately 7 days after you place your order to arrange a convenient installation date and time.
This will depend on the type of blind you have ordered and how many. As a rough guide, it will take approximately 20 minutes to half an hour for each blind. Again, this can be more or less depending on they type of fixings. Your advisor will be able to inform you of this at your appointment.
Yes, once you have selected your fabric and/or colour choice at your appointment, you can ask our advisor to send the selected samples in the post to you.
New Customer Orders and Non Account Holders: As your new blinds will be hand made to fit your windows exactly, customers will be required to make full payment in advance (proforma), prior to the manufacture of "Made-to-Measure" blinds.

We can accept credit/debit card payment, direct bank transfer payment (BACS) and cheque payment. All payments are subject to cleared funds.

Account customers will be notified of our credit terms under our Terms and Conditions.
We offer a full 12 month fully comprehensive guarantee which starts the moment your blinds are installed. As part of your 12 month guarantee we promise to repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge. We also offer a 5 year peace of mind extended care plan warranty that starts from the day your window blinds are installed and extends up to the fifth anniversary of your fitting date. Please contact our Customer Services for further details of our extended care plan.
We can usually arrange to take your old blinds down at no additional charge. As an additional charged service we can also remove and dispose of any old blinds if requested prior to your order. Where possible, all old blinds are removed to an approved recycling plant.
We offer an "Out of Hours" Service (before 8:00am - after 5:00pm and weekends) at an additional charge. Our "Out of Hours" service must be pre-arranged with our sales office prior to your order.
