Appointments are entirely free of charge. There is no pressure and no obligation to make a purchase.
Typically, installation for Roller, Vertical, and Venetian blinds is completed within 16–12 working days from the receipt of your order and payment. Some products, may take slightly longer. Our customer service team will contact you around 10-14 days after your order to schedule a convenient installation date.
This depends on the type and quantity of blinds ordered. As a general guideline, allow approximately 20–30 minutes per blind. This may vary depending on the type of fixings required. Your advisor will provide an estimate during your appointment.
Yes. Once you’ve selected your fabric or colour during your appointment, you may request the advisor to send samples by post.
For new customers and non-account holders, a deposit (usually 50%) or full payment (proforma)is required in advance before we begin manufacturing your made-to-measure blinds.

We accept credit/debit cards, BACS transfers. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque.

Account customers will be advised of credit terms as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
We offer a comprehensive 12-month guarantee starting from the day of installation. During this period, we will repair or replace any faulty items free of charge.

We also offer an extended warranty care plan beginning from the date of installation. For more information, please contact our Customer Services team.
We can typically take-down your old blinds at no additional charge. If requested at the time of order, we also offer a charged removal and disposal service. Where possible, removed blinds are sent to an approved recycling facility. Removal of old blinds from site is not included in our quotations unless specifically requested.
Yes, we offer an "Out of Hours" service at an additional cost. This includes early morning appointments before 7:30 AM (ideal for installing a small number of blinds before staff arrive, with a maximum duration of 2 hours) and weekend installations on Saturdays and Sundays. This service must be pre-arranged with our sales office at the time of order.
