Blackout blinds help manage strong daylight in meeting rooms, presentation spaces, schools, studios and other workplaces. The right choice depends on how much light you need to exclude and the shape of the window.
Blackout fabric comes in a range of colours and finishes. It blocks light through the material itself, while the blind’s design determines how much light can enter around its edges.
Choosing a level of darkness: A standard blackout roller or vertical blind can substantially darken a room, but gaps around the blind may remain visible. For stronger light exclusion, ask about a cassette system with side channels and appropriate seals. Exact performance depends on the window and installation.
