We believe we offer the best value for money and quality when it comes to blinds and we don't like being beaten on price.

We continually check our competitors pricing, but from time to time our competitors may offer a promotion or discount. If you have received a quotation for "like for like" made-to-measure, installed blinds for a cheaper price, within the last 3 months, then why not put us to the test and we'll beat it.

This "price promise" offer excludes prices from other companies within the Office Blind System group. The promise to beat any price applies to any supplied and fully fitted prices for "Like for Like" window blinds.

Where you wish to purchase a window blind product only (no fitting), our offer only extends to supply and installation quotations only.

Where a request to beat a competing quote from another supplier is made, any quote to be beaten must have been provided within the immediately preceding 28 days, be in writing and we must be able to identify the supplier who has provided the quotation.

Any price to be beaten from the competing supplier must be within equivalent timescales of availability and delivery and/or installation period.

We are unable to refund the difference in circumstances where you have placed an order with us and the price of the products ordered have subsequently been reduced.

Different suppliers will use different names for the same products. Our promise applies to the same products, by whatever name those products are called by other suppliers.

In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper quotation from another supplier, you will be required to provide us with details of our competitors quotation, who the competitor is, date of their quotation, full product details, confirmation that it is inclusive of installation, warranty offered and delivery date timescale to installation and the price displayed so that your claim can be verified. Once verified we’ll guarantee to beat the price with an updated offer.
